This new ECWCS Parka in the new ACU digital camo pattern is made of HYVAT fabric. HYVAT - is a special 3 layer fabric that insulates, is waterproof, gives protection against wind, protection from the cold, moisture infiltration, evaporation, and promotes ventilation. With a cool new stashable hood, and two large slash pockets, this is a great new piece of kit that will serve you well where ever you are. These GSA approved parkas are a similar to our Tru-Spec GEN I and GEN II parkas. Biggest difference is that this parka does not accept a zip-in liner like the Tru-Spec models.
